PTH-LF-HS · HubSpot Leak Finder

Every HubSpot setup starts by building. Start by finding what's broken.

Nine read-only Claude prompts go through your account and write you a ranked report of what's leaking and what it's blocking. Claude does the clicking. Nothing is changed.

What the 9 prompts check

  1. P00 · Session rules and account map. Sets the read-only contract for the whole session and shows what your seat can see in HubSpot.
  2. P01 · Plan, seats and limits. Most CRM builds go wrong here: people design for features their plan doesn't include.
  3. P02 · Contact database: volume, source and quality. Where your contacts came from decides who you can lawfully and safely email. This matters more than anything else in the kit.
  4. P03 · Data model: properties and pipeline. Shows what structure exists, what was half-built and abandoned, and whether anything already supports segmentation.
  5. P04 · Existing segments. Whether anyone has ever segmented this database, and whether those lists are maintained or fossilised.
  6. P05 · What is running right now. Anything sending or changing records on its own is a deliverability risk and a data-quality risk. Find it before you build on top of it.
  7. P06 · Email and deliverability. Your real send history and sender health, before you add any more volume.
  8. P07 · Lead capture and attribution. Whether new leads have a front door, and whether you can tell which marketing produced which deal.
  9. P08 · Audit synthesis. Turns the raw findings into a one-page state of the CRM and a ranked gap list. Run this only after Prompts 0–7.

What a finding looks like

The full report also covers the state of the CRM, where your contacts came from, five things to fix before any marketing email, and everything Claude couldn't see.

Is it safe on a live account?

Prompt 0 sets the rules for the whole session: never save, edit, delete, send, import or export anything, never toggle a setting, and never estimate a number and present it as read. If a page needs permissions you don't have, Claude stops and tells you.
