Refund policy

Leak Finders ($27) and Build Kits ($47, or $27 when added at checkout)

14-day refund, no questions asked. If a Leak Finder or Build Kit isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid for it. Kits added at checkout can be refunded one by one. You don't have to explain, though we'd like to know what didn't work. One refund per customer per product.

Leak Finders and kits need a paid Claude plan with the Claude in Chrome extension. Please check you have one before you buy.

Phase 01 Review ($327)

Full refund if you ask before we start recording your walkthrough. Once the recording has started, the Review isn't refundable. If you haven't sent your Prompt 8 report within 30 days of purchase, email [email protected] and we'll refund it.

Fix Build ($1,997)

Full refund if you ask before we start building. Once the build has started, the Fix Build isn't refundable. If something we built breaks within 14 days of handover, we fix it at no cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
