PTH-1 block diagram Five inputs enter one unit: leads, requests, invoices, scattered data and inbox traffic. The unit has three blocks: intake, automate and document. Four outputs leave it: one system of record, routed work, a weekly digest and documented SOPs. It runs inside the tools you already use. Start with one call.

30 minutes. We name the leak costing you the most, and tell you honestly whether it needs automation, an SOP, or neither. Fixed-scope project or ongoing retainer, decided after.

What does Pathana do?

Pathana is a fractional operator and systems consultancy. We embed with small and mid-sized businesses to build the operations systems, automation pipelines, and SOPs that let the team get more done without you adding to it.

How is hiring Pathana different from hiring a full-time operations person?

Instead of adding a salaried hire (plus recruiting, onboarding, and overhead) you get a senior operator who builds systems that keep working after the engagement ends. The goal is a working system your team owns and has documented.

How do you price your work?

Engagements are scoped as fixed-scope projects or ongoing retainers, depending on complexity. The first call is where we work out which one fits, and whether you need outside help at all.

What does getting started look like?

We use a crawl-walk-run approach: we meet you at your current state, fix the thing costing you the most first, and build in stages so every phase delivers something you can use.

Do you work remotely, and with businesses in the Northeast?

Yes. Pathana works remotely with businesses across the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast. Engagements run over video and shared project boards, so location is rarely a constraint.

What will we actually have at the end?

A working system you own, not a slide deck. Depending on the engagement, that's automation pipelines running in your tools, systems handling defined tasks, and operations processes documented so your team can run them. We define success measures with you up front.
