Read the prompts belowWhat do you need before you start?
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Claude | A paid Claude plan with the Claude in Chrome extension. New to it? Setup steps (opens Claude help in a new tab). |
| Browser | Chrome, logged in to HubSpot |
| Seat | A Super Admin seat is best. A limited seat still works: whatever Claude can't see becomes your access request. |
| Time | About 2–3 hours across a week |
| Note | If the HubSpot connector is turned on in Claude, Claude can read through it instead of the browser for some steps. HubSpot changes its URLs often, so every prompt gives a likely path and Claude navigates the menus if it doesn't load. |
How does the kit work?
| Phase | Name | What happens | Prompts |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Assess | Read-only. Claude looks at everything and changes nothing. | 9 (P00–P08) |
| 02 | Plan | Turn what you found into a marketing plan the CRM can actually run. | 1 (P09) |
| 03 | Segment | Every contact gets exactly one group, so nobody gets two journeys. | 2 (P10–P11) |
| 04 | Build | Claude builds the workflows, all switched off, all documented. | 2 (P12–P13) |
| 05 | Go live | Test, switch on one at a time, then check monthly. | 2 (P14–P15) |
What are the 16 prompts?
Run them in order, one at a time, in one conversation. All 16 are in the kit; below is the full list and an example of what Phase 01 finds.
| Code | Prompt | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| P00 | Session rules and account map | Sets the read-only contract for the whole session and shows what your seat can see in HubSpot. |
| P01 | Plan, seats and limits | Most CRM builds go wrong here: people design for features their plan doesn't include. |
| P02 | Contact database: volume, source and quality | Where your contacts came from decides who you can lawfully and safely email. This matters more than anything else in the kit. |
| P03 | Data model: properties and pipeline | Shows what structure exists, what was half-built and abandoned, and whether anything already supports segmentation. |
| P04 | Existing segments | Whether anyone has ever segmented this database, and whether those lists are maintained or fossilised. |
| P05 | What is running right now | Anything sending or changing records on its own is a deliverability risk and a data-quality risk. Find it before you build on top of it. |
| P06 | Email and deliverability | Your real send history and sender health, before you add any more volume. |
| P07 | Lead capture and attribution | Whether new leads have a front door, and whether you can tell which marketing produced which deal. |
| P08 | Audit synthesis | Turns the raw findings into a one-page state of the CRM and a ranked gap list. Run this only after Prompts 0–7. |
| P09 | Your business brief + the marketing plan | Claude can't plan your marketing from the CRM alone. Fill in the brief in brackets, then paste the whole prompt. |
| P10 | Design the contact-group rubric | One field decides which journey each person gets. Precedence rules mean nobody is ever in two sequences at once. |
| P11 | Build the segments | Claude creates the group field and the segments, and nothing else. |
| P12 | Write the workflow spec | Every workflow on paper first: trigger, steps, exits. Easier to fix a table than a live automation. |
| P13 | Build the workflows, switched off | Claude builds what you approved. Nothing goes live in this step. |
| P14 | Pre-flight and test run | Prove each workflow on one test contact before it touches a real one. |
| P15 | Monthly health check | Run it on the first Monday of each month. Ten minutes, read-only, catches drift before it costs you. |
What a finding looks like
Part of the gap table Prompt 8 writes for you. This is an illustrative example, not a real account: your table is built only from what Claude reads in yours.
| Gap | Evidence | What it blocks | Effort | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Two workflows are ON and send email with no consent check | P5: both enrol any new contact and send on day 0 | Safe sending to this database | S | 1 |
| Return-path domain not verified | P6: Email sending domains shows a warning on the bounce domain | Inbox placement for every send | S | 1 |
| Most lists are fossilised | P4: 31 of 44 lists not updated in over a year | Segments you can trust | M | 2 |
| Won deals have no source | P7: 9 of 27 deals won in 12 months have a source filled in | Knowing which marketing produces revenue | M | 2 |
The full report also covers the state of the CRM, where your contacts came from, five things to fix before any marketing email, and everything Claude couldn't see.
Is it safe to run on a live HubSpot account?
- Phase 01 is read-only by design. Claude looks at everything and changes nothing.
- Phases 03 and 04 create things only after you type “go”, and everything is built switched off. Nothing goes live until you switch it on yourself.
- Don't export contact data. Work from counts and filters. An export is a copy of personal data you're now responsible for.

Questions
What do I get for $47?
The full HubSpot Build Kit: all 16 prompts in order, the run rules and the safety rules, as a PDF you can paste from. It arrives by email, attached, right after payment.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $47. You don't have to explain. One refund per customer per kit.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Claude does the clicking; you paste one prompt at a time, fill in the text in [square brackets], and type “go” before anything is created.
Will Claude change anything in my HubSpot without asking?
No. Phase 01 is read-only by design, and Phases 03 and 04 create things only after you type “go”. Everything is built switched off, and nothing goes live until you switch it on yourself.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid Claude plan with the Claude in Chrome extension. Check you have it before you buy. Give the extension site permission for HubSpot before you start, otherwise every step stops to ask.
Does this work on a HubSpot free plan or a limited seat?
Yes, with limits. A Super Admin seat is best; on a limited seat, run what you can, and everything Claude can't see becomes your access request. On Free and Starter tiers, workflows may be limited or missing, and workflow email often needs Marketing Hub Professional. Where an action isn't available, the kit uses a task, an internal alert or a static “send queue” list instead, and logs the limit.
What if I want Pathana to do it instead?
